The sleeping arrangements include a second-floor master suite with a king bed, lake views, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The third floor houses a queen bedroom with an ensuite, another queen bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a dedicated children's room featuring two twin bunk beds.

Designed for entertainment and leisure, the property is packed with unique features:

• Infinity-edge swimming pool with a tanning ledge (optional heating available)
• 6-person spill-over hot tub
• Private boat ramp and electric boat lift (up to 6,500 lbs)

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that new home construction is currently occurring next door (Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 6 pm), and rates have been reduced accordingly. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.

Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted (maximum of 2), provided they are not aggressive breeds or puppies under one year. A non-refundable pet fee of $170.75 per pet applies.

Additional Requirements: The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and matching credit card are required prior to arrival to activate the electronic door code. Property insurance covering up to $8,000 in accidental damage is required for each booking.
