The main cabin is thoughtfully arranged with two Master Suites—one featuring its own cozy fireplace—and two additional bedrooms connected by a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. A highlight for younger guests is the cool bunk room, which contains 8 bunks, each equipped with an individual light and charging station. The lower level expands the living space with a second living room, a custom wet bar, and a large bathroom with an extra shower.

This newly-constructed property is a true study in detail, boasting 20’ ceilings, timber beam construction, and infinity floors. The aesthetic is defined by hand-hewn doors, a floating staircase, an Edison bulb chandelier, and century-old salvaged wood. Every wall is lovingly adorned with custom heat-treated metals, birch branches sourced directly from the property, and rescued woods from the Midwest, ensuring not an inch of plain sheetrock is visible. Guests can unwind by wood-burning fireplaces or soak in the hot tub while enjoying a glorious view.

For those needing even more space, the 'Hideout' is available for an additional nightly fee. Connected to the main cabin by an awe-inspiring underground mining-inspired tunnel, this additional living quarter includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, daybed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a half bath, and one-stall garage parking. Please note that the Hideout is not air conditioned, though it remains cool at the basement level, and WiFi and cell service may be limited in this area.

Located on 10 private acres with no neighbors in sight, Greystone is a short 5 minutes from Terry Peak Ski Lodge, 15 minutes from historic Deadwood, and one hour from Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, and Custer State Park.
