Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This home is strictly not pet-friendly. Smoking is prohibited; violations will incur a $2,500 professional smoke restoration fee. The property is rated for 14 guests; any additional visitors must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Please ensure all electrical appliances are switched off when not in use. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items reported after departure. Parties are not permitted without prior host permission.
