The home features a spacious layout with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms each featuring a king bed, including one with an en suite bathroom. The lower level offers a queen bed in the fifth bedroom and two additional bedrooms featuring full bunk beds (four mattresses per room). Please note that bedroom 6 is a converted movie room, where the bunk beds share the space with the cinema setup.

Designed for connection, the interior is filled with chic touches. The dining room boasts a massive wooden table with mid-century modern seating, while the kitchen features an L-shaped island with peach-colored stools and upscale appliances. For relaxation, the living room offers an orange velvet sectional and rattan hanging chairs. The downstairs area is a highlight, featuring a dazzling glam room with a sweeping vanity and a movie and game room complete with a 75” screen and a pillowy green velvet sofa. Don’t forget to snap a photo at the epic leafy green “Gram’ wall with its “Just Peachy” neon sign.

Outside, the fun continues in the fully enclosed backyard, where you can unwind on a sectional sofa, dine under string lights, or soak in the wood barrel hot tub under the stars. Across the street, you can even enjoy a game of pickleball.

Located in the suburb of Wheat Ridge, you are minutes from major highways and the commuter train to downtown. Explore the historic Olde Town in nearby Arvada, or venture out to Red Rocks Park, Coors Field, and Meow Wolf. During winter, the slopes of Vail and Breckenridge are within a doable day trip.
