Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs; a fee of $40/day applies (capped at $250 per stay), and failure to report pets results in a $300 penalty. Located in an HOA-controlled neighborhood, this is not a party house. Rules include a 28-day minimum stay, a maximum of 4 cars (parked in the garage or driveway), no outside noise after 9 PM, and no smoking of tobacco or marijuana on the premises. The minimum age to book is 25. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days at a cost of $25 per inspection.
