This sprawling three-level residence is designed for large groups, featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The main level welcomes you with a large dining area featuring picture windows that overlook piñon pines and rolling hills. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with two large sectional couches situated near the fireplace, complemented by a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Nearby, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, new double ovens, electric flat top burners, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. This level also includes a Queen bedroom, a detached full bath, a half bath, and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Step outside from the kitchen or living room onto a massive outdoor deck to take in majestic views of the 14,000-foot peaks of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range.

The lower ground level offers three additional bedrooms and two common areas equipped with game tables and a wood-burning fireplace, alongside an un-stocked mini bar and two pull-out couches. Sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor patio and a large hot tub, creating an ideal setting for weddings or group events overlooking picturesque wide-open spaces. The upper loft level features two bedrooms, each with a private balcony providing a bird's-eye view of the Royal Gorge plateau. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a jacuzzi tub and a full-body jet shower. The upper common area adds further value with a large gas fireplace, game tables, an amazing full vista balcony, and two pull-out leather sleeper sofas adjacent to a full bathroom.

Located 7 miles west of Cañon City, The Valley Ranch is perfectly positioned for adventure. It is just 3 miles from the world-famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, and less than a mile from the White Water Bar & Grill. Guests are steps away from amazing hiking, biking, and fishing, and are located near famed white water rafting tours and zip-line courses.
