• *FIRE SAFETY - The mountains are a fragile area with high wildfire risk. Please exercise extreme caution during your stay, as the property is located in a high fire-risk area.

• Fires are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, other than the approved communal area fire pit.
• Do not discard cigarette butts, matches, or flammable materials on the ground—always extinguish and dispose of them properly. • Bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife live in the area. Please close the trash bins, the doors, and keep your vehicle locked at all times! • Only cold (no hot) water is available in the A-frame units. • Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature. • Plumbing/Septic - This home runs on a septic system, and the plumbing is very sensitive. Please do not flush wipes (of any kind, even if the packaging says they are flushable), hygiene products, paper towels, facial tissues, or anything else not meant for the toilet. Please reach out to us with any questions, and thank you in advance for your cooperation! • NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate. • PET RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; $35 per pet, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • WiFi/Internet - Please note that while there is internet for the campground, it is satellite-based, and the main hub/router is located in the community center. Therefore, due to signal strength variations at different times, the WiFi/Internet signal in the unit is not guaranteed, and you may need to go to the community center for a signal. • There is a coin-operated washer & dryer available for your use in the main building at $5 per load. • Quiet hours 10pm-8am • No smoking, unapproved pets, events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs. • Check-out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.

There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages. Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay. Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail. Prices may vary for large items.
