The property is also an event-ready destination, capable of hosting weddings or retreats for up to 50 people with an additional venue fee for equipment such as tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To maintain the peace of the mountain community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property due to high wildfire risks, with a $1,000 violation fee. Wood-burning fires are absolutely forbidden per the Colorado state fire ban. Pets are not allowed. Hunting is permitted only with prior host approval. For security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway and front entry door. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
