This inviting condo offers an ideal home base for exploring the Rockies, situated just a few blocks from the epic trails and exciting events at the Steamboat Resort and Base Area.

Designed for groups and families, the layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Each of the four sleeping areas includes the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. The bedding configuration consists of a King bed in the primary bedroom, a King bed in the second bedroom, a Queen bed in the loft, and a twin bed with a twin trundle in the den (note: the loft and den are non-conforming bedrooms).

Inside, you will find a living area perfect for gathering, complete with a large Smart TV, great seating, and an easy-to-use fireplace available for operation from November through April. For those who love to cook, the fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counterspace. Step outside onto one of the two patios to take in the fresh mountain air and stunning mountain views.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property provides access to the extensive facilities of Trappeur’s Resort. Guests can enjoy 4 heated pools, 10 hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, fair-weather courts, and a BBQ area. Practical perks include climate-controlled garage parking, a private ski locker, and free community laundry facilities. To make your trip even better, guests have access to discounts on lift tickets, equipment rentals, and Snowsports School.

Located in a prime spot, the lodge is only 2 blocks from the resort, 0.1 miles from the city bus, and 3.5 miles from downtown. A complimentary winter shuttle provides easy access to gondolas and lifts.

• Note: This property does not have A/C. Trappeur’s Crossing Resort does not allow sports teams or players to stay on the property.
