The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels to ensure privacy. The primary bedroom is located upstairs, featuring a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub and a steam shower. The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms—one with a King bed and one with a Queen—each boasting its own ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa in the living area unfolds into a comfortable bed.

The heart of the home is the ground floor, where you will find a large kitchen with counter seating and a dining table, perfect for shared meals. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a Sonos system for your favorite music. To ensure every guest has their own sanctuary, each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for cozy entertainment.

Step outside to discover a private porch featuring an outdoor propane grill, and just off the porch, you can soak in your own spacious, private hot tub. For your convenience, the home also includes a full-sized washer and dryer and onsite parking for two cars, with additional street parking available.

Located just a few blocks from the main street of Elk Avenue, the Bluebell puts nearly everything Crested Butte has to offer within a short walk. You are conveniently positioned near the local movie theater and grocery store, while a brief stroll to the edge of town grants you immediate access to multiple hiking and biking trails. Because the cottage is accessible via an alley, it remains quiet and private, tucked away from the main road traffic.
