By booking our property you agree to follow house rules: Ability to climb stairs is required. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night or during the evening and Sunday mornings. No loud music outdoors. Please shower and remove any makeup before using the hot tub. Please ensure the cover is back in place on the hot tub when not in use. We have towels in a basket next to the door near the hot tub, please use only these towels when using the hot tub.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. Please do not keep any food in the bedrooms.
We love our dogs and they are occasionally in the property. If you have pet allergies, this home may not be for you. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs only on a preapproved basis, with a $100 fee per pet. Dogs must be with owners or kenneled. We don't have a kennel at the property at the moment, but plan to bring one soon. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee per pet. Any smoking on property will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
No glass containers in the Hot Tub area. We have acrylic wine glasses and Red Solo Cups available, so no need for beer bottles outside. Footwear is required to and from hot tub. Any excessive cleaning fees for the house or the Hot Tub are the responsibility of the Guest. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. For this reason, any problems must be brought to our attention immediately so we can correct them as quickly as possible, both for you and for guests who may be arriving the same day you check out.
No Fires allowed anywhere on property. No burning candles, incense or any open flames. This area suffered from a horrible fire a few years ago, so you can understand our concern about this. The fires came fairly close to our neighborhood. No tampering with outdoor cameras or Wi-Fi hub. We have systems that depend on the Wi-Fi. No tampering with the generator. The generator will automatically start and power essential circuits in the house in the unlikely event of a power outage. Parking is only on the driveway or in the garage. There is no parking on the grass or on the street in front of our property. This is enforced strictly by our HOA. No shipments to our property are allowed. If something goes to our mailbox, there is no key on the property. We do, however, allow Walmart Plus and Instacart deliveries while you are staying at the property.

No need to strip bedding, please load and run dishwasher and take out the trash. I dislike long to-do lists when I stay at a short term rental. You should be here to relax, not to do all the work. Please check every closet, every drawer and under the beds etc for any personal belongings.
