Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across both dwellings:

• Main House Primary: King Bed (First Floor) with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and soaking tub
• Main House Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (First Floor) with ensuite bath
• Main House Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Second Floor) with ensuite bath
• Main House Loft: Two Twin Beds (Second Floor, ladder access)
• Apartment Primary: Queen Bed (Second Floor, accessed through second bedroom)

• Cancellation: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking. Full payment is required if booking within 30 days of arrival. Changes or cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount.
