Completed in 2021, this expansive lodge spans over 3,700 square feet and serves as an ideal sanctuary for corporate retreats, friend reunions, or large family gatherings.

The lodge is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 6 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are primarily designed as suites to ensure privacy and comfort. Guest Suites 1, 2, and 3 each feature a King bed and a Full guest bed with attached private bathrooms. Guest Suite 4 offers a Queen bed and a private bathroom, while Guest Bed 5 provides a Queen bed. Guest Suite 6 is a specialized space featuring 6 twin beds and a full bathroom. For additional flexibility, the home includes a kid-friendly loft with six individual places, as well as custom memory foam mattresses and sofa beds throughout the retreat.

Designed to showcase 360-degree views of some of the most scenic landscapes mother nature has to offer, the lodge sits on 3 acres of private property. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure spaces, including three separate gathering areas and a wrap-around deck with outdoor seating. For entertainment and relaxation, the property features a game room equipped with shuffleboard, air hockey, and an outdoor/indoor ping pong table. Outside, you will find a private oversized hot tub, a newly built custom pond, and two fire-pits with roasting sticks (available in both gas and wood-burning options).

Located in the heart of adventure, the lodge is situated next to Bears Ears National Monument and is just 20 miles from Canyonlands National Park, with Arches National Park and Mesa Verde within a short drive. The property is conveniently positioned 15 minutes south of Monticello and 15 minutes north of Blanding. For those arriving with gear, there is ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, and ATVs, along with available RV hookups.
