Designed for large groups, family and friend reunions, or corporate retreats, the home features a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements include five bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. The interior is anchored by a fully stocked open kitchen that allows for easy mingling while preparing meals, alongside two cozy living rooms with fireplaces and a loft that provide ample space for relaxation and gathering.

While general amenities are focused on the indoor experience, the property offers several specialized room and outdoor details including a dedicated bike cleaning area, a washer/dryer for convenience, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fire-pit for enjoying the landscape. For those arriving with gear, there is plenty of room to park multiple vehicles, trailers, and ATVs.

Located in a peaceful, quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes south of Downtown Moab, The Hideout is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. World-class mountain bike trails and the Hidden Valley Trail start right out the back door. Arches National Park is a mere 15-minute drive north, with Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point located just a short distance further.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. While the house is private, guests share the lower patio space with another on-site rental called Robber's Lair. If you are interested in hosting a wedding, event, or retreat, please inquire before booking, as additional policies and fees apply; booking for an event without prior approval is prohibited.
