Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The sleeping arrangements include two primary suites with King beds and ensuite baths—one featuring a soaking tub and wet room—and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bath upstairs. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.

Inside, you will find a thoughtfully curated space with high-end furnishings, expansive windows, and a designer kitchen equipped with a Wolf induction cooktop and Sub-Zero fridge. For relaxation, enjoy the private hot tub, a fireplace with water vapor ambiance, or the second-floor balcony with sun loungers and panoramic views. The oversized garage provides ample room for your adventure gear, including UTVs and trailers.

Perfectly positioned for exploration, the property is just 2 miles (a 5-minute drive) from downtown Moab's dining and shops. You can ride your UTVs directly from the home to the Sand Flats Recreation Area, and you are located only 15 minutes from Arches National Park and 35 minutes from Canyonlands National Park.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. One small dog (under 30 lbs) is welcome for $40/night; however, cats are not allowed. Please note that a maximum of 4 cars is permitted per HOA rules, and vehicle info is required before arrival. Guests should be aware that Lionsback Resort amenities (pool, spa, cold plunge, and fire pit) are privately owned and not available for use. The minimum age to book is 25. A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking, which applies toward the total stay.
