Sleeping Arrangements The home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The main floor hosts a master suite with a king bed and an en suite full bathroom featuring a gorgeous dual sink vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms with ample closet space and dressers. These include a bedroom with a king bed, a second room with two queen beds, and a versatile bunk room containing two queen beds topped by two built-in twin-size bunks. These three rooms share a full upstairs bathroom equipped with a tiled tub/shower and another dual sink vanity.

The main floor boasts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas burners, and a separate beverage fridge with wine temperature controls. The open-concept living area includes a dining table that seats 12, a kitchen bar for four, and a cozy gas fireplace paired with a 65” TV. An upstairs living room provides a second retreat with a huge sectional couch and another 65” TV. For those arriving in winter, the home includes a dedicated ski room with a commercial boot dryer, while the laundry room is equipped with two washers and dryers. Outdoor living is enhanced by a main floor deck and an upper-floor balcony.

Location & Neighborhood Located just steps from the Bridger Bowl base area, this home allows for effortless ski-in/ski-out access in winter. It is also minutes from the Crosscut Mountain Sports Center, offering 45 kilometers of trails for Nordic skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. The neighborhood consists of a few new mountain homes with very little traffic. Bozeman is a short 15-20 minute drive away, where guests can enjoy the Bozeman Hot Springs, the Museum of the Rockies, or rafting on the Madison and Gallatin Rivers. The Yellowstone International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via self-check-in with a key code deadbolt. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Due to the gravel roads and mountain weather, an all-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended year-round.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival; 50% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior; no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
