This spacious, family-friendly retreat in Park City, Utah, serves as your ultimate launchpad for skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring the heart of the mountains. When the adventure ends, the fun continues as you soak under the stars in your private hot tub or warm up in the sauna.

This inviting home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the top floor hosts the master bedroom with a king bed, one guest room with a queen mattress, and a second guest room with two full beds. The main floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, while the basement level offers a bunk room with two sets of bunks (twins on top and fulls on the bottom).

Designed for group gatherings, the 2,800 sq. ft. layout includes several standout features:

• A well-stocked kitchen with a spacious island seating four, equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot.
• A cozy living area featuring a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and a dining table for ten.
• A lower-level game room with a pool table, large couch, and cable TV.
• Private balconies on the main floor and in the master bedroom offering gorgeous views of the Park City Resort mountains and the community pond.
• Practical conveniences including a washer and dryer and a private parking garage.

Nestled at the quiet end of the street, Snowcap Lodge is perfectly positioned for exploration. It is located just one mile from Park City Mountain Resort, one and a half miles from Main Street, and one block from the Park City Golf Club. For effortless transit, a free electric bus stop is just a short walk down the road, providing direct access to Deer Valley, The Canyons, and downtown. Outdoor enthusiasts will also love being situated just above the city's winding bike trails.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Space for 3 vehicles (one in the garage, two in the driveway)
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside or around the property
• Parties are not permitted
• Please note: The home does not have air conditioning and requires descending two flights of stairs for access. The fireplace in the master bedroom is currently out-of-service.
