Discover a stately and classic retreat in Sundance, Utah, where mountain air and serene landscapes create the perfect getaway. This expansive cabin is currently undergoing an extensive remodel and will re-open in July 2025, debuting beautiful interior and exterior improvements for guests to enjoy.

Designed for large groups and families, the home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels. The main floor offers a bedroom with a queen bed, a window seat, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the upper deck. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin trundle bed that sleeps two, skylights for night gazing, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. The downstairs level provides a wealth of space, including a large bedroom with a California King bed and TV, a bedroom with two queen beds, and another bedroom with two twin beds.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. A large living room centers around a cozy wood-burning stove, while the large kitchen with an island and separate dining area make group meals a breeze. For recreation, the dedicated Man Cave is complete with a pool table, card table, and pinball. Multiple decks provide peaceful spots for lounging and listening to the stream rush past, while a hot tub offers the ultimate way to unwind.

Located just a five-minute drive from Sundance Resort, guests have quick access to restaurants, skiing, live music, horseback riding, ziplining, and flyfishing. The property is surrounded by a common grassy area, ideal for summer outdoor activities.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old
• Winter Access: 4WD, AWD, or chains are required from November to April
• Rules: No smoking or vaping ($500 fee); pets are not allowed ($250 fine per animal)
• Septic: Sensitive mountain system; flush only toilet paper
• Occupancy: Limited to the number of individuals listed on the reservation
