The basement provides an additional 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, featuring a giant comfortable couch, 85-inch HDTV, and game table. Sleeping arrangements include 4 king beds, 4 queen beds, and bunk beds designed for children. One bedroom serves as a dedicated bunk room with a toy area for younger guests. Most windows feature blackout shades for restful sleep. Please note: Some beds, particularly bunks, are designed for children only and will not accommodate adults.

Important house rules include strict 10 PM quiet hours for outdoor areas, the Fun Factory, and hot tub. No parties or events are permitted, and guest count must match reservation. Parking is available for 8 vehicles in the front and back driveway - no street parking allowed. The Fun Factory operates daily from 8 AM to 10 PM with supervision required for minors and shoes required at all times. On-site managers live in a separate unit above the Fun Factory, and security cameras monitor the driveway and doorbell areas.
