This spacious and luxurious property is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

The Songbird features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with heated floors. The master bedroom boasts a separate tub and shower configuration and opens to a private deck overlooking the creek - the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Upstairs, the open-concept living and dining area offers large picture windows showcasing stunning mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a fully-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. An additional family room with a pull-out sofa provides even more space to spread out and relax.

Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful deck with a BBQ and seating area (seasonal), or soak in the private hot tub while surrounded by nature. The duplex also has a garage with room for two vehicles, a ski changing area, boot and glove warmers, and storage for ski helmets.

The Songbird is just a block away from the paved bike path, offering 20+ miles of scenic routes to explore. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby Wood River YMCA, which offers a day-use pass with access to the fitness center and pool.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a fee, but no cats are permitted. Strict rules prohibit smoking, parties, and rearranging the furniture. A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay, and a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
