This gorgeous upper-level unit offers the perfect blend of resort-style amenities and home comforts for an unforgettable South Florida getaway.

This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one full bathroom with a bathtub, and comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The unit includes a private south-facing balcony where you can enjoy direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and ocean.

Beachwalk Resort provides outstanding resort amenities including a ground-level bay view pool, fitness center, elevator access, and building staff. Enjoy the poolside restaurant, 24-hour security, and complimentary shuttle service to the beach just 3 minutes away. Beach access includes lounge chairs and umbrellas on a first-come, first-served basis.

The resort sits at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, perfectly positioned between Miami Beach to the south and Fort Lauderdale to the north. You're just one easy block from the beach and minutes from fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation. The Hollywood Beach boardwalk and Blue Wave-designated beaches are nearby, along with Gulfstream Park for horse races and casino gaming. The famous Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino is to the west, while Aventura Mall and South Beach's vibrant nightlife scene are easily accessible to the south. A 24-hour Walmart is right next door, with Publix Supermarket just two minutes away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM with convenient self check-in available. Long-term stays are welcome, and luggage drop-off is permitted. Please note that mandatory resort fees are collected at check-in: $30 per day for stays 1-7 nights, $25 per day for 8-14 nights, $20 per day for 15-29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 per additional day for 30+ nights. A refundable $250 security deposit is required. Valet parking is available at additional cost ranging from $28 per day for short stays to $295 for 20-30 day stays. Package handling is $5 per package. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, no smoking is permitted with a $500 fine for violations, and air conditioning must remain on with doors closed to prevent condensation damage. Swimming is at your own risk with no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised at all times.
