Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Please note that Beachwalk Resort requires additional mandatory fees collected directly at check-in: Resort fees range from $20-30 per day depending on length of stay (30+ night stays: $300 per month plus $10 per additional day). A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in, refunded within 7-10 business days after checkout. Optional valet parking ranges from $25-28 per day for short stays, with longer-stay packages available. Package handling is $5 per package, collectible between 9 AM-5 PM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, no smoking ($500 fine), and swimming is at your own risk with no lifeguard on duty.
