Each bedroom is appointed with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs with cable.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area and a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a microwave. While the living room includes a non-functional fireplace, the real draw is the expansive oceanfront patio with comfortable lounge seating and a dining table for six. Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property does NOT have air conditioning. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. The minimum age requirement for rental is 25+ unless traveling as a family group. Please note a 4-night minimum in the off-season and a strict 7-night minimum during summer (Saturday arrivals/departures). A $120 Damage Waiver/Reservation Fee is included in the cleaning fee. A starter kit of essential paper goods, soaps, and cleaning supplies is provided; any additional needs are the responsibility of the guest. Parking is available for one car in the garage and one compact vehicle in the outside space.
