On the ground level, guests will find a convenient queen suite with a full bath. The third level houses the primary suite, boasting serene ocean views, an en-suite bath, and a walk-in closet. This floor also includes a second queen bedroom and a bunk room featuring a full and twin bed, with a shared full bathroom located in the hallway.

The heart of the home is found on the second level, which offers open-concept living complete with a smart TV and dining space for six. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for any meal, featuring a gas stove, dishwasher, Keurig, air fryer, and Instapot. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the propane BBQ.

Outdoor living and convenience are prioritized throughout the property. Guests can relax on the front patio with a smokeless fire pit or utilize the attached 2-car garage.
