For larger groups, the main floor master suite includes a queen sofa sleeper and three additional folding twin beds in the closet, while the second-floor bedroom offers a Cal King bed, a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper.

Designed for entertaining, the estate boasts a formal sitting area with a bar, a dedicated pool table room, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a high-end gas cooktop, double ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a wine fridge in the butler's pantry. Relaxation is found in the large Great Room and a second-level Family Room, both featuring impressive 80" TVs.
