• Pets: Only dogs are allowed; however, dogs must not be left home alone if they bark and disturb neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM on weekends and holidays. All conversations must be moved inside by 11:00 PM.
• Parking: The owner's car is permanently in the garage; guests may use the second garage spot and two driveway spots.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no parties, and no events allowed.
