Please be aware of the following house rules and safety requirements: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Because there are no alarms on the doors, guests must supervise non-swimmers and children under 13 at all times. Additionally, there is an antique, irreplaceable piano on the property that will remain covered; guests agree not to touch or play it, as any damage will be charged via a designated restoration company in Orange County. Mid-stay cleaning is required and included in the cleaning fee.
