A third bedroom offers a full bed, while the dedicated children's room is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed that sleeps three. For additional flexibility, the family room includes a sofa bed that sleeps two, and a baby bed is available upon request.

Designed with an open floor plan, the home creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and family rooms. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and front deck. The living area is anchored by a cozy fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen features high-end GE Cafe, Samsung, and Bosch appliances. The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a private front and back yard. Inside, entertainment is abundant with an X Box 360, WII, Apple TV, Netflix, and cable TV including HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax.

Located within walking distance of downtown Bird Rock and Pacific Beach, you are just steps away from bakeries, bars, and Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. Tourmaline beach is a short 8-minute stroll, with Law Beach and Wind n' Sea also within walking distance. Major attractions like the world-famous Zoo, Sea World, and Balboa Park are all within a short drive.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The property has a steep driveway and is not suitable for those with physical limitations. A strict no-tolerance policy regarding noise disturbances, over-occupancy, and parties is enforced. Guests must complete verification through Truvi prior to arrival.
