The property is a shared lot; while the Mindful Guest Cottage in the rear is a completely separate building with its own alleyway entrance, the garage is a shared space used exclusively for storing beach equipment and trash (no car parking in the garage). Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. Please note that construction is occurring on the adjacent property in 2025; guests are encouraged to reach out with any questions regarding this.
