This property occupancy max allowed is 10 adults. We are not able to allow any events or small get togethers.
6 car max allowed to be parked at residence with each reservation. There is no over-night street parking available.
No Fires on property at anytime. This includes inside the home or outside. There is a propane fire pit that the propane tank is provided that is available for your use. This is only sort of fire allowed at the property.
No smoking inside or outside at anytime.
Please respect our neighbors. We do follow all Riverside County Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Rules. We do respect and follow no loud noise from 10pm to 8am.
