The home is thoughtfully configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests across 2 bathrooms. This central space is enhanced by a mounted smart TV, Sonos sound system, and an Otiv-V virtual fireplace, with expansive glass doors that open to a large private patio—ideal for an alfresco barbecue dinner under string lights. For those working remotely, the dining area cabinets house a printer and monitor, while an additional desk and monitor are located on the third floor.

The sleeping arrangements are stylish and comfortable. The primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, flat screen TV, raised virtual fireplace, private balcony, walk-in closet, and a spacious adjoined bathroom featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a shared vanity room with dual sinks. The third bedroom, decorated in a fun surf theme, is perfect for children with a twin-sized bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. A twin daybed on the third floor completes the sleeping arrangements.

Beyond the interior, the beautiful and spacious rooftop deck provides a peaceful ambiance for reading or napping while viewing breathtaking sunsets over the city and ocean. Guests also have access to a small patio off the kitchen, perfect for sipping morning coffee.
