This unique Ghostly Retreat is configured with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully themed: the Master Gracey Room features one Cal King bed, the Madame Leota Room offers one Queen bed, the Hatbox Ghost Room provides one Queen bed, and The Raven Room contains two twin beds.

The home is an interactive experience featuring light-hearted elements of illusion and sound that occur throughout your stay. These special FX operate on show controllers and timers, typically running from 7:30 AM to 12:30 AM. For your comfort, all FX can be enabled or disabled remotely by the homeowner upon request. To ensure a seamless experience, a production team member is on call 24/7 to assist with any questions regarding the property or the special effects.

Beyond the hauntings, guests enjoy full access to the entire house and a curated backyard space. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and recreation, featuring artificial turf, a putting green, corn hole, a BBQ, and a 6-person Jacuzzi.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just creepy enough to house 999 Happy Haunts, the property is perfectly situated for exploration. You are just 5 blocks from Downtown Fullerton, where you will find dozens of amazing restaurants, bars, and nightlife, and within easy walking distance of the beloved In-N-Out. Grocery shopping and Starbucks are conveniently located only one block away, and the magic of Disneyland's theme parks is less than 7 miles from your door. Guests also benefit from a dedicated 3-car driveway.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parties: Absolutely NO PARTIES! No exceptions. A $5,000 fine will be imposed if this rule is violated.
• Guest Policy: Please ensure the exact number of guests is listed. While the home comfortably accommodates 6, it can host up to 8 guests. An additional fee of $40 per night applies to the 7th and 8th guests.
