• By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. Your check-in instructions will be provided after successfully signing the Rental Agreement.

• In California, guests staying over 30 nights are required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered complete once the form is signed.

• Pets must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Only small dogs are permitted with approval. Large dogs and cats are not permitted. Unauthorized animals or non-compliance may result in a charge of up to $1,000 and/or eviction, in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Owner and/or Company. Any damages or additional cleaning required due to the presence of a pet will be billed after check-out.

• This home shares one insulated wall with the adjacent unit, and while soundproofing has been added, occasional sound transfer is possible. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

• Any items left behind after check-out will incur a shipping fee, along with an additional service fee of $25.

• A minimum charge of $25 will apply for lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure all items are returned before check-out.

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property and along The Strand. A minimum $250 fine will apply for any violations.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the noise level during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and others in the area.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported to the host immediately for proper documentation.

• Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins. If the bins are full, notify the host for further instructions.

• Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an extra charge.

• The property cannot accept mail or deliveries, so please make alternative arrangements.

• The Manhattan Beach short-term rental license is secured, and a 14% TOT tax is automatically applied to all bookings under 30 days.

• Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, as refunds outside the cancellation policy are not available.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
