This spacious family home beckons you to relax and make memories, serving as a peaceful refuge just a short drive from Southern California's most sought-after vacation towns.

This 3,500 square foot estate features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 15 guests. The layout offers amazing views from every room. The upstairs level houses three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, down bedding, double futon sofa bed, private balcony, Nespresso machine, and mini fridge. The primary en suite is a sanctuary with heated stone flooring, a separate two-person shower with body jets, and an extra large soaking tub set under a giant picture window for stargazing. A second upstairs bedroom offers a king bed, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee machine, while the third is a versatile bunk room with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds and two twin pull-out beds, complete with a sweet reading nook featuring a canopy and papasan chair.

The main floor includes a fourth bedroom that can be configured as a sleeping space (three twin beds or one queen and one twin) or used as a study/gaming room with a standing desk and wall of bookshelves. The heart of the home is a large sunken living room with tall ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a comfortable leather sectional. A chef's kitchen and dining area feature a six-burner Viking range, a large island with four barstools, and a Restoration Hardware farmhouse table that seats 12.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. The front yard is a beautiful oasis with fragrant flowers, roses, a fountain, hammocks, and swings. The backyard patio features a Traeger grill, fire pit table, dining area under a jacaranda tree, and a telescope for viewing fabulous night skies. Additional highlights include a finished garage converted into a game room with a ping pong table, basketball hoop, and two sets of washers and dryers, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off after surfing.

Located off highway 150, you are just ten minutes from Rincon Point in Carpinteria and 20 minutes to downtown Ojai. Guests are welcome to enjoy the trails behind the house on the upper hill.

• Rules: No smoking or bonfires permitted (high fire area). No loud parties or outdoor noise after 10 PM. The driveway is long and steep. Please note the backyard has a steep slope and no fence; toddlers require close supervision.
