Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM via self check-in, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this home does not have central AC, so it can get warm during the summer months. Pets are not allowed. House rules include a maximum of 2 vehicles parked in designated areas and a strict no-party/no-gathering policy. Smoking is prohibited inside. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. The primary renter must be 25 years or older, provide a photo ID and credit card, and sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
