Each side is equipped with its own dedicated entrance, living room, dining area, and full kitchen, as well as its own thermostat and basement laundry facilities. Please note that the two sides connect outdoors via the porch and have no interior connection. The home's multi-level design means stairs are required to access the upstairs bedrooms and the basement laundry areas. In some instances, a bathroom is reached through a bedroom.
