Check-out time: 11:00 AM (PST) There are no early Check-ins unless previously arranged. We have space for 3-4 cars. When you pull in always park to the RIGHT keeping the space next to the propane tank open and keep the area next to the house open for backing out. This is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is allowed outside only. The Casa Panama maximum number of overnight guests is limited to ten (10) persons. Additional day guests on the property must be prearranged and approved by the owner. An additional charge may apply. Gas grill: Please follow directions on the gas grill for cleaning and leave clean for the next guest. Hot Tub: No child under the age of 12 is permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. DO NOT stand on the Hot Tub cover. All homes in Jenner are on individual septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed down the toilet. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. NO FEMININE HYGEINE PRODUCTS should ever be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other materials other than toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages up to two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Dogs should be leashed and supervised while on the property. Please groom your dog before checking in. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If your pet sleeps with you, please bring a bedcover that covers the entire bed. All pets must be up to date on rabies and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Pets may not be left alone in the home at any time unless they are crated and quiet. Do not allow dogs to bark and annoy the neighbors. Please pick up after your dog. If renting more than one property, no furniture items can be moved from one property to another. Damage Insurance is required when you make your reservation unless you have made previous arrangements. Any damage exceeding the insurance waiver, or in the case there is no valid waiver, is the responsibility of the lessee. The damage waiver fee is not refundable. It's important to note the damage waiver insurance does not cover intentional damage, hauling of excess trash, excess cleaning charges, draining of excessively dirty hot tub or any damage by dogs. Any of those issues that cause a loss are the responsibility of the lessee to reimburse. Commercial use of my home is strictly forbidden without a contract for a specific use. No parties, weddings, or extra guests are allowed without written approval. Violation voids the rental agreement, forfeiture of all funds and results in immediate eviction. If discovered after the rental a $1,000.00 will be assesse DO NOT leave trash outside the cans. Always re-secure the lids with the bungee cords.

Trash pick-up is Friday, before 7:00am. The caretaker will move the cans out to the pickup area. There are no cancellations due to the weather. Any exceptions to any of our policies must be approved in writing in advance of your stay. We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
