The second retreat offers a lofted open floor plan upstairs with inviting sofas and a living area centered around a smart TV with streaming services. Its adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances for creating exquisite treats, while a private balcony provides serene views of Big River.

The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests.

• Heating: The central heating system is currently out of order; however, electric space heaters in each bedroom, an electric fireplace in the living room, and an electric wall heater in the kitchen are provided for comfort.
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with a nightly fee and disclosure at booking. Pets are NOT allowed in the main house, must stay off furniture, and cannot be left unattended unless crated.
• Policies: No smoking on premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy.
• Other: EV charging is not supported on-site. A short check-in form and rental agreement must be completed after booking.
