Within a short stroll, you can visit the Seaside Carousel, the Seaside Aquarium (0.4 miles), and the end of the Lewis & Clark Trail. For those exploring the wider region, Cannon Beach is 9 miles away, and Astoria is 17 miles away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property; smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is prohibited inside the unit or anywhere on the property and will result in a $250 fine. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. Please note the property does not have AC, though floor-to-ceiling windows and portable fans (available upon request) provide comfort.

Important Notice: The building is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may encounter daytime noise and visible construction. Consequently, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available during this period, and arriving guests may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM Monday through Friday. Parking for four vehicles is generally available, though starting June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation.
