The upstairs loft provides a queen-size bed and panoramic ocean views, while the ground floor houses three bunk rooms with full-over-full bunk beds for flexible group accommodations.

The property maintains a good neighbor policy with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted. For safety and security, exterior cameras are located around the property perimeter. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
