About Property

Discover the ultimate family escape at Madison Arbor, a one-of-a-kind hidden gem nestled deep in the heart of Oklahoma's Ouachita National Forest in Broken Bow. This stunning property is designed for those seeking to escape the mundane daily routine and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the pines.

Built for the whole crew, the cabin features a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for multi-family celebrations, featuring four elegant king suites on the entry level—each with its own en-suite bathroom—and a massive downstairs bunk room known as Big Bend, which houses 2 queens and 4 full-sized beds to keep the cousins and kids together.

Outside is the main character of the Madison Arbor experience. The property is situated on 1.5 acres and features an illuminated private sports court perfect for basketball and pickleball rivalries. Kids can conquer the ninja line and playground, while adults unwind on the expansive wraparound deck or soak in the hot tub, which comes with its own TV and a panoramic view. As evening falls, the outdoor fireplace, firepit, and horseshoe pit provide the perfect setting for s'mores and stargazing under the towering pines.

Inside, you will be enchanted by luxury and comfort, from the plush designer-created furnishings to the national park-themed decor. The gourmet chef's kitchen is a highlight, boasting dual islands, a coffee bar, and a large dining area that can easily handle huge gatherings. For entertainment, the downstairs game room offers arcade classics, an 8ft pool table, a wet bar, and a big-screen TV for the big game.

Location is everything, and Madison Arbor offers unparalleled access to the great outdoors. Enjoy direct ATV access to Ouachita National Forest Trails or spend your day minutes away at Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the attractions of Hochatown, including the Hochatown Maze and local golf courses.
