The spacious bedroom is complemented by a private bath containing a vanity, a tub, and a separate stand-alone shower. Please note that due to the attic conversion, the shower has a lower sloped ceiling; guests taller than 6'1" may find this restrictive.

One of the standout features of this home is the private covered deck. This spacious balcony offers relaxing seating, dining options, and a water view to the west where you can enjoy the Gulf breezes. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located on the balcony for guest use. To support a healthy environment, the home uses unscented laundry detergents, soaps, and safe cleaning products—no room deodorizers here, just the natural sea air.
