About Property

Discover the magic of the Poconos at 'Bearly Roughing It,' a one-of-a-kind wooded retreat in Lake Naomi. Designed for families and groups who want more than just a place to stay, this home blends outdoor adventure with cozy indoor luxury, making the house itself a central part of the vacation experience.

Sleeping arrangements are spread across three floors to ensure everyone has space to retreat. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with a guest capacity of 8. The layout includes two king suites (one on the ground floor with a soaking tub and one on the second floor with a hidden nook), a second-floor bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk, and a private third-floor queen bonus room complete with a desk and creek-view windows. With 4 bathrooms (plus a half bath), group mornings remain effortless.

Step outside to the features guests remember most. Follow the wooded path to a private creekside beach area featuring a 6ft deep swimming hole, a paddling area, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock strung between two pines. The grounds are filled with wonder, including a magical Fairy Village, a giant swing, and a yoga platform overlooking the water. Evenings are best spent around the hanging fire cauldron surrounded by unique chairs made from old ski blades.

Inside, the home is built for connection. Gather on the leather sectional around the stone wood-burning fireplace or challenge each other to a vintage 60-game arcade. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for everything from pancake mornings to family dinners, featuring a Velvetiser hot chocolate station, Nespresso, and dining for ten. Unique touches like a skylit reading nook with Bernie, an eight-foot resident bear, and a custom pillow bar add to the charm.

Located in the desirable Lake Naomi community of Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania, you are minutes away from top attractions including Kalahari (approx. 4 miles), Camelback (approx. 9 miles), Great Wolf Lodge (approx. 10 miles), and Jack Frost Big Boulder (approx. 15 miles).
