The fourth-floor loft serves as a private retreat with a king-size bed, sitting area, private full bathroom, and balcony access. Completing the layout, the entry level features a fifth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a detached full bathroom.

The living spaces are designed for connection and relaxation. The brightly colored living and family room is filled with natural light from a glass-paneled door and is furnished with a comfortable couch, love seat, and several chairs.
