The space includes a dedicated work desk with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV powered by Roku with streaming apps. For your convenience, the kitchenette is well-stocked with an induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Guests must be 25+ to book, and guest verification including a valid photo ID, matching credit card, and a potential building background check is required. A $250 refundable security deposit may apply. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or gatherings; violations result in immediate removal without refund.
