The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has a restful stay, featuring 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and a dedicated bunk room equipped with two bunk bed sets providing 4 twin beds.

The home is spread across four levels of living space. The second floor houses four of the bedrooms, including two King rooms and a Queen room, all featuring Smart TVs, along with two full bathrooms. The third floor serves as the social hub, featuring a King bedroom with an en suite full bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area that seats 8 plus 4 additional seats at the island, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. For those seeking the best views, the fourth floor boasts a stunning roof deck overlooking the ocean.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy three decks, a private inground pool (typically available from late April to mid-October), a hot tub on the deck, and an outdoor shower. For those arriving in electric vehicles, an EV charger is available (guests must provide their own cord).
