The home is thoughtfully laid out across three levels. The top floor hosts a modern, fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a dining area. For additional versatility, the low level includes a bonus kitchen and a family room, alongside laundry facilities and exterior access. Outdoor living is a priority here, with multiple levels of expansive decks featuring furniture for suntanning and al fresco dining, a screened-in balcony, and a private pool surrounded by lounge chairs. Situated in the beautifully landscaped Corolla Light resort, guests enjoy a wealth of family-friendly activities. Your stay includes 12 wristbands for access to the Oceanfront Complex, which features the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, three primary pools, a baby pool, and various sports courts including basketball, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, and a putting green. Tennis and pickleball enthusiasts will appreciate the clay and hardcourt options, while the northern Outer Banks' largest fitness center offers a 25-yard pool, sauna, and extensive gym equipment.

• House Rules: Pets are not allowed. Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present for the duration of the stay; non-family groups must all be over 23.
• Pool Season: Open April 1st through early November. Pool heating is available by advance request for $75 per night or $500 per week for the full duration of the stay.
• Policies: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Fines up to $300 may apply for pets, unauthorized late departures, or excessive mess.
