Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, blending comfort and style in every room. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully appointed, featuring a primary suite with a king bed and ocean views, alongside additional bedrooms offering a mix of double, queen, and twin beds to suit every guest's needs.

Inside, the inviting living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a SmartTV and a ceiling fan to keep the space cool. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a combo drip/Keurig coffee maker. Guests can enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table that seats 10 or opt for an al fresco experience on the newly replaced decked area.

Outside, the property is designed for seaside living with a grilling area and outdoor seating, ideal for summer cookouts while soaking in the refreshing ocean breeze. The home provides direct beach access nearby, allowing you to spend your days lounging on the sand or exploring local oceanfront attractions. For convenience, an outdoor shower is available to wash off salt and sand before heading back inside.

• Pets: Up to two dogs permitted. A $175 fee covers the first dog, with an additional $50 fee for a second dog.

Guests staying between 3 to 21 nights from April 1 to October 31 receive a beach credit for gear rentals, including bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. Linens, including bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels, are included with every reservation. Please note that peak summer months require a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern.
