The lower level is anchored by a luxurious king master bedroom with an ensuite bath. Upstairs, guests will find an elegantly appointed king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both boasting ocean views. Additional sleeping arrangements include a room with a queen and twin bed, as well as specialized bunk rooms featuring a double bunk bed with a twin and another room with two twin beds and a double on top. Two full hallway baths serve the upper level to ensure comfort for everyone.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23.
• Pets: Not allowed. Violations may result in fines up to $300.
• Pool Safety: Diving is strictly prohibited in this shallow-water pool. Pool hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. All pool gates must remain closed and latched; tampering with safety alarms will result in immediate lease termination.
• Other Policies: A starter supply of paper products and toiletries is provided. A payment schedule of 50% at booking and 50% due 30 days before arrival is required. Fines may apply for late departures without approval or leaving the house excessively messy.
