• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking: 100% no smoking policy inside all units. Smoking is permitted only on the outside deck area (not in the screened-in porch). A $250 cleaning charge applies for violations.
• Pets: Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet per stay due at booking. There is a strict no cat policy. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
• Parking: All vehicles must be parked on the unit site; please do not encroach into city streets.
• Guests: No overnight guests are allowed. Day visitors may be subject to additional resort fees assessed by Innovate Property Management.
